WILL YOU HELP KEEP OUR COMMUNITY ALIVE?

We are WOW-EFFECT. Nijmegen’s international, multicultural, amateur, non-profit, passionate for theatre community. We have written 13 monologues while in isolation, and we are now happy to share them with you, even though not in live performances.

Renting rehearsal locations and the stage, preparing our decor, costumes, makeup, renting cameras and microphones, and marketing our activities require some funds. Traditionally 1/3 of our income comes from our own pockets, 1/3 from local government’s amateur art subsidy, and 1/3 from ticket sales. Since we cannot do the latter, we rely on your donations:

Will you help us raise our target: €425 per project?

If you make a donation before end of March and leave us your contact details, we will also include you to a small giveaway. Many many thanks…

Fantastic job everyone, just finished watching Part 1, really powerful monologues, loved the bookended greetings between each one getting more and more despondent. Excellent stuff!

Steven Morgan

An amazing performance.. Congratulations.. Honestly, there were moments I laughed out loud or teared up a bit.

Feridun

I enjoyed watching WOW-EFFECT’s first two parts of Virus Crossed so far.
The intensity of the actors and the relatable-ness of the situations made me take several breaks.

Peter Doekes
